ReEmergence helps our clients develop and deliver affordable training to a geographically dispersed workforce. We are knowlegeable about various training methods and have developed training for each methodology. All projects begin with an initial assessment of the client's current training materials. This will include, but not be limited to, an expert evaluation and interview. We will also assist the client in developing pre and post training evaluations to determine the effectiveness of the training materials. From experience we know this process allows company's to see how the training is being received by the target audience.

What are some of the tools you use to develop training?
We utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to develop our classroom training modules. These modules can be implemented on CD/DVD-ROM or in web-based training modules. Additionally, we can stream audio or video files using various formats (.mp3, .rm, .wmf). We also can embed audio and video and make existing materials more interactive.

How do you ensure the consistency of a client's branding message for training materials?
We remain consistent with a client's branding by either using a template provided by them or creating a customized template for their usage.
